This thing was a pain in the butt to render, because of the grass (or as it's called in Autodesk, the Hair and Fur modifier). Our computer has miserably low memory, and the grass would fritz occasionally and completely wreck the rendering.

This is the finished product, hope you enjoy :)

oh i see--autodesk. i thought it might be bryce but all this 3D shit looks the same to me.

Autodesk has some trees built into it, I just made them and then textured the leaves and branches myself. It was quite easy compared to trying to model them by hand

If you want, I could export some of the 3ds max trees as .obj files for you to import? At least then you don't have to model them.. They're kinda generic trees but they do the trick

yes I bet they do alot better job than me trying to modell something organic realistic looking...
